Return Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your product, just return it to us in like-new condition and we would be happy to accept it for a return or exchange. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please include the purchaser's name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Products for return or exchange should be sent to the following address, with your order number included in the “to” name in the following format:

We’ll update you when we receive your package (please note that the order number must be included on the package label in order for us to contact you when we receive the package), and again when the return/exchange has been processed. Please allow about a week between receiving and processing of returns/exchanges.

If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number or the name or email of the person who ordered the gift and we will figure it out!

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Nedrelow.
